Who we seek:

Our Security ISV Partner Manager leaders are responsible for managing the existing portfolio of security ISV partners, acquiring new partners, training and supporting them, coordinating activities between the two companies, and identifying and pursuing joint sales opportunities. They drive the execution of revenue-driving programs and initiatives with partners, by developing a deep understanding of the BigID partner ecosystem and effectively collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, customer success, marketing, legal and operations.

We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You have the ability to establish broad senior-level relationships and a proven track record of delivering results and getting things done. You are smart, have high EQ and strong business acumen, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with GSI, RSI, ISV, and Technology partners and executive leaders in the partner ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Work with internal and external customers and partners to understand the market needs/requirements, documenting those into business requirements
  • Generate partner sourced opportunities and sales pipeline
  • Prioritize the partner portfolio based on performance and conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies
  • Participate in product release and roadmap planning activities
  • Participate in partner solution early adopter programs and solution launches with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the integration solutions are working as expected and meeting all business objectives
  • Coordinate implementation of the functionality by working directly with development and partner success teams
  • Demonstrate new functionality to stakeholders for feedback
  • Drive sales enablement sessions both internally and externally with partners
  • Align partner sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions with the BigID sales team.
  • Collaborate on partner marketing plans aligned with the needs of the business and ecosystem objectives
  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps
  • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication and coordination of BigID's ecosystem strategy and execution results
  • Mentor and guide team members as needed

What you'll bring:

  • Proven ability to build, communicate, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication skills and character qualities that match with company core values.
  • Previous partner management experience with security ISVs or working ofr a security company managing their ISV partner portfolio. Experience in Cloud SaaS based solutions ideal.
  • A proven track record in CXO engagement and interaction
  • Analytical, organizational and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.
  • Ability to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
  • 10+ years in building and managing Cloud SaaS based products
  • Bachelor's degree required

The annual base salary range is $150,000 – $175,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
