Job Overview

The Director, Partner Relations is accountable for all four branches of our programs from a day-to-day relations perspective and the correlated pipeline and ARR metrics for drive growth through the community. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategy, execution, and integration of new partnerships including ISV Management, Service Provider Management, HCM Partner Management and Global Resellers
  • Own, measure and grow partnership initiatives against identified KPIs, including testing and optimization efforts to maximize partnership and business performance and achieve established goals
  • In collaboration with Sr. Director, oversee internal strategic planning initiatives including evaluation of team operations, driving process improvements, and defining and monitoring metrics and KPIs to effectively scale and optimize team performance to deliver business results
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for the offering and inform future business opportunities and priorities
  • Track partner feedback and communicate enhancement requests for improvement
  • Oversee contract compliance and operational support for partner initiatives
  • Maintain accountability for revenue and budget attainment to key items
  • Creates and governs policies ensuring that team is maintaining exceptional partner relationships, intelligence, and data to effectively mitigating potential risks to maximize corporate success through the ecosystem of partners
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager of GTM programs on effective strategies to optimize team efficiency and revenue production
  • Builds and maintains cross-departmental relationships and alignment to maximize the benefits that offered to our partners, and the benefits that our partners provide for iCIMS
  • Communicates risks and performance data in a way that impacts our product and service roadmaps to improve the experience and results for future partners
  • Monitors and provides regular reporting on partner metrics

Qualifications
  • 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner relationship management required
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading other people managers, required
  • Strong ability hire, motivate, and lead people leaders and create a high-performance team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue generation goals within a Partnership function
  • Ability to drive and manage systems/process change agenda as required
  • Ability to lead internal/external teams and provide cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Proven ability to effectively translate complex ideas and tailor key messages to multiple audiences
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is experiencing high growth
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative, someone who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation. Creates and sustains ongoing forums that encourage two-way communication opportunities

Preferred
  • Previous experience is SaaS/HR Tech
  • BA/BS in related field

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $167,000 - 222,700.
Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
