Relativity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People Business Partners (PBPs) to lead a team of influential PBPs and Employee Relations professionals. This team plays a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and acts as stewards of our greatest asset- our people. What you'll do:

As the Head of People Business Partners, you will report directly to the VP of People & Talent and provide strategic leadership to client groups. In addition, you will also lead a small People Business Partners (PBPs) team and our Employee Relations team. You will be responsible for driving business outcomes, values adoption, and organizational effectiveness through the development and execution of a talent strategy aligned with business objectives. You will foster strong employee engagement, strengthen the leadership teams within each function and promote an inclusive and diverse culture through coaching and consultation with leaders. You will also enhancing the strategic partnership of the People Business Partner team.

  • Transformational Leadership: Collaborate with the Leadership team and People & Talent Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive the development and execution of people programs. These programs include career growth, mobility, executive development, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Executive Coaching: Serve as a thought partner and coach to members of senior leadership teams, fostering growth in leadership capabilities at all levels. Build rapport and trust to facilitate courageous coaching conversations with executive leaders.
  • Business Expert: Utilize your deep understanding of the business strategy, plans, and value creation levers to provide insights and leadership in areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent development.
  • Data-Driven Leader: Partner with senior leadership teams to analyze key people metrics, such as Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility, and Top Talent Retention, and drive improvements based on insights.
  • Develop Organizational Health: Manage complex and sensitive departmental issues with sound judgment, proactively managing legal risks. Enhance HR practices and policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and governmental regulations.
  • Culture Advocate: Raise the bar for diversity, belonging, inclusion, and engagement by actively promoting and role modeling a positive company culture.
  • Talent Steward: Collaborate with senior leaders and talent acquisition to develop holistic talent plans for client groups, supporting their long-term talent needs.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate closely with business leaders and our Head of Talent Development to create and execute development strategies for our employees. This involves tailoring plans to meet the unique needs of individuals and actively identifying areas for improvement in professional growth across the organization. Working in tandem with the Head of Talent Development to provide guidance and implement relevant training initiatives, ensuring continuous development opportunities for our employees.

What you need to know:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, partnering with senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong HR knowledge in domains such as organizational design and development, executive coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Extensive experience working closely with executive and technical leaders, playing a pivotal role in accelerating business results
  • Demonstrated business and technology acumen, with the ability to quickly understand the business and make talent and organizational decisions that positively impact outcomes
  • Proven ability to thrive in rapidly changing organizations, comfortably navigating ambiguity and complexity.
  • Demonstrated career progression and increased scope of responsibilities within matrixed, high-growth organizations.

$200,000—$262,000 USD
