Director, Product Management

At Integrate we are on a mission to improve the lives and deliver happiness to the marketing community we serve and to help us do that we are seeking an experienced product leader to help us reshape the Demand Acceleration Platform experience.

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for managing a team of product managers as we deliver an entirely updated user experience for our core product and deliver new capabilities that will make managing and measuring global demand programs at scale easier than ever.

This role is highly strategic and will determine the future of how Integrate customers connect marketing channels, people, data and technology to achieve their demand generation goals. As a member of the product leadership team, you will help us drive a roadmap that dramatically improves user workflow and platform design, as well as define new channels for commercialization. You'll lead a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists to make the complex simple.

If you enjoy have previous product experience in a product-led SaaS organization, are familiar with what it takes to lead a team through an entire product redesign, and are a people-centric leader, this is a great opportunity to drive a dramatic increase in adoption and revenue for a widely adopted enterprise platform used by the biggest names in software.

What You'll Do:

Own the product strategy and roadmap for our Demand Acceleration Platform redesign.
Manage a small global team of product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists in driving accelerated innovation with on-time delivery of roadmap commitments.
Understand customer use-cases, gains & pains, gaps, market trends and dynamics and use these to build a prioritized product roadmap that carefully manages priorities and investment.
Participate in build/partner/buy analysis together with corporate strategy and engineering leadership.
Collaborate with technology partners to ensure a product plan that anticipates shifts in market opportunities and partner platform enhancements while serving as the face of Integrate with these integral partners.
Hire, mentor and lead a team of product managers and help team members grow their product management skills over time. Educate and share product management best practices and build processes within the organization.
Develop a deep knowledge of the market, customers, and our products and be fully accountable for all product stages: New Product Evaluation, Discovery, Delivery, Outcomes and Go-to-Market Programs.

What You Offer:

10+ years of experience in product management or closely related disciplines; 3 or more in a leadership role.
Experience in leading product research and discovery efforts to drive product prioritization and design decisions for compelling consumer-like, enterprise grade products.
Previous experience leading product delivery for products serving multiple persona a plus.
Demonstrated successful experience launching or creating new products/services that increase adoption, engagement and revenue.
Previous experience or domain knowledge in marketing strategy or martech space preferred.
An entrepreneurial mindset and drive, backed with a deep well of product management skills and best practices.
Ability to lead by influence, including successfully delivering across matrixed product, technical and business teams.
Financial Acumen to interpret and apply understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
Experience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniques
S./B.A. degree, preferably in computer science, computer engineering, or business

"The salary range is $170,000- $180,000 + 10% bonus. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Integrate offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package and incentive and recognition programs."
