Servion currently seeks a Regional Sales Director to join our team and grow business in the HighTech industry. We are looking for a Sales hunter with ambitions to grow in a hypergrowth work culture
The ideal candidate Servion is seeking has 10+ years of software development, IT consulting and managed services deals in Hightech Industry especially companies in Collaboration, Contact Center and Unified Communications technology, Online Commerce, & Enterprise markets. Additionally, a deep understanding of Customer Experience and Digital transformation is required. The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and close new business with Senior Management Level decision makers.
Create and maximize pipeline opportunities in transactions into HighTech Vertical
Utilize consultative sales approach so to position Servion as a critical services partner and to develop value propositions for several opportunities.
Establish criteria to qualify deals; conduct initial assessment leading to a ""go/no go""; and perform periodic internal checkpoints to help mature the deal content.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Digital, Cloud, Customer experience transformation and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions that successfully sell the organization's capabilities.
Collaborate with solution teams to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.
Maintain a high level of industry, organization, and product knowledge to transfer this knowledge to customers and prospects.
The quota is on par with industry norms.
"• Strong understanding of the HighTech (CCaaS, UCaaS. Enterprise Software, Retail Tech, Fintech, Healthtech) industry.
Sells primarily Software Development, Automation, Managed Services, Cloud Contact Center Solution.
Demonstrated experience selling to HighTech customer base
Continue to build on and leverage relationships with key partners such as Cisco, Verint, Calabrio, Amazon, Nice InContact, Avaya, Google, Five9
Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization
Sells to large national and global accounts
Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
