Director, Sales Operations

In this strategic role, you will support the SVP of Global Sales and their global team of Field Sales, Account Managers, Channel Sales, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives in addition to partnering with key business partners across the organization including marketing. A strong candidate will be a thought partner to Sales Leadership providing insights on areas of opportunity and strength within the business based on business analytics and knowledge of the products and business environment to achieve goals.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

  • Lead annual/quarterly planning processes, including developing business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, and field engagement models
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to develop the organization's sales operations strategy and business plan
  • Set up and report on key performance metrics and dashboards that align with the organization's growth strategies
  • Operationally run company forecast calls
  • Lead, implement, operationalize and maintain high-impact sales tools and technologies that improve the productivity and performance of the sales team
  • Maximize the efficiency of sales territories/regions by optimizing account targeting, Ideal customer profile, total addressable market, and sales resourcing
  • Implement communication vehicles to ensure transparent dissemination of strategies to executive and sales teams
  • Assist in preparation of Board, Executive, and other key meetings
  • Help standardize key business functions such a territory plans and QBRs
  • Work closely with the finance team and sales leadership teams to plan and execute territory planning, quota planning, and commissions

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience working at high-growth companies, preferably in the Cybersecurity space with experience building out
  • Strong experience working with key sales tools including Salesforce, Looker, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others
  • Working experience with marketing systems and tools to drive cohesive reporting
  • Experience in creating and delivering sales metrics that are consumable for executive and leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of sophisticated and creative analysis when looking at complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Must have excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working across company functions in a dynamic, fast paced environment including Business and Marketing Operations
  • Bachelor's degree required, but MBA preferred
  • Preference for those that have sales experience

Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience. The salary range is from $180,000 to $200,000 annually plus an annual bonus, equity, and attractive benefits.
