As the Director of Sales Operations, you are passionate about building a world-class sales operations team that helps champion our Pros to success. You are technical and analytical, managing our core Sales Ops infrastructure and improving the experience of sales representatives so they can deliver to their potential.

You are a trusted partner who brings data to every conversation, using it to provide business insight for smarter decision making. You also work effectively across functional teams (sales, analytics, operations) to build capacity, improve processes, and motivate people.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage people, process, and systems to improve our foundational sales tooling and data infrastructure
  • Manage and improve the commission accounting and reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage the quantity and quality of output from a growing team of operations coordinators and QA Leads and QA Reps.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential
  • Collaborate with internal tooling stakeholders to optimize and improve the Salesforce experience for sales representatives
  • Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to deliver accurate insights consistently
  • Lead strategic & complex projects that drive performance improvements, unlock productivity & accelerate revenue
  • Lead multiple work streams efficiently with tight timelines
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements that unlock productivity & accelerate revenue

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of sales operations experience serving a sales team of 100+ required
  • 5+ years leading teams of 15 or more required
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision making
  • Sales and/or Customer Success experience required
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce (SQL experience a plus)
  • Salesforce mastery: complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, workflows, field and object-level best practices
  • Excellent communication skills - written, interpersonal and presentation
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high output and excellent quality

Location Dependent information:

This role is open to candidates inside and the expected salary range for this role is $120,000-$142,000 in addition to equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro's equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
