Our portfolio of Security solutions is hiring for Product Line Manager to lead all aspects to drive the success and growth of our security-as-a-service offerings.


Your expertise in various security domains, including public key infrastructure (PKI) and certificate authority, identity management, application and software security, device security will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and roadmap.


How you'll help us connect the world:


  • Develop and implement product strategies for our security-as-a-service offerings, aligning them with market trends, customer needs and business objectives
  • In-charge for all aspects of business model development, pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and financial results.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging security technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing concept development, launch execution, product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage customer commitments, development cost analysis, customer value assessment, and revenue forecasting to inform decision-making throughout the process
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of security solutions
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure a deep understanding of our security solutions.
  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of user documentation requirements or product requirements and shows skill in completing projects consistent with customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements related to our business.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Consistent track record of driving product innovation, leading and launching security products on time and within budget, launching new solutions to market.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with security-as-a-service solutions, PKI, certificate authority, identity management, application and software security, and device security.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and practices in security and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to address to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Strong eye for business and the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Validated experience in collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development to drive growth.
  • Experience in working with global customers and partners is desirable.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.


The expected salary range for this position: $153,300.00-199,200.00


The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
