We are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking professional to join our team.

Position Description:

As the Product Manager – Testing Community of Practice (CoP) and Governance Practices, you will be a member of the Quality Engineering leadership team and work with the Quality Event (QE) value team to coordinate priorities across the squads and practice areas with a focus on the Testing Community of Practice and Governance practice to provide direction in defining and managing the testing CoP and Governance for platform and process compliance across IT.

The Product Manager is responsible for product definition and planning, roadmap design and development, new product platform launches, standards and frameworks, knowledge repository, and appropriate support to educate customers to increase adoption of Self-Service QE capabilities.

In addition, the Product Manager will oversee all scope of services, will interact with the Report, Metrics, Analytics service to measure service performance, will work with the Vendor Management team and vendors on all test related topics, including Marketplace role descriptions, skills requirements, and resource performance.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Set direction and guide the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools, to match overall business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups for the Community of Practice.

Partner with value team to develop objectives and metrics for the Community of Practice and Governance.

Work with vendors, procurement, product managers to assure platform and process compliance

Will gather and maintain video library consists of Self-learning videos/vendor tool related contents etc.

Will invite/request participants from other internal product lines for demo/discuss on QE topics and tools.

Will utilize appropriate communication channels to educate customers of trainings, documents, updates, etc.

Will utilize staff to setup workshops to assist customers with additional learning.

Will maintain Yammer channel where customers can connect to any queries. COP team will respond with the requested information.

Will act as a one stop shop for guidelines, standards, best practices, templates, and other knowledge repositories.

Sets the vision for how to document and communicate testing best-in-class products, standards, frameworks, guidelines, and libraries anticipating future business capabilities and ensures that vision is realized through the implementation of the product strategy within Quality Engineering.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience or

MSc Degree

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience in product and people management (e.g., in an organizational unit with 5+ team members).

Experience managing distributed teams which are comprised of both internal and external resources located on and offshore.

5+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products and content throughout their entire lifecycle.

2+ years of expertise with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Customer Marketing, newsletters, Teams, Yammer, and others.

Experience in web site development, content management, and strong written skills.

Knowledge of test management tools, test data management tools, test automation tools, and performance tools such as ALM, Xray, qTest, Loadrunner, Jmeter, Junit, Java, Tosca, Robot, etc.

5+ years guiding projects in Agile (Scrum) development methodology.

Strong influence skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change.

Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical and content decisions.

Experience with OKRs.
