Director, Treasury Operations

As a Treasury Operations Director on the U.S. Treasury team, you will ensure U.S. Treasury related policies and procedures are adequately designed and operating effectively.

• Ultimately responsible for ensuring that the US Treasury portfolio is appropriately hedged to within ALCO (asset-liabilities committee) approved limits
• Approve external trades proposed by Treasury Analyst
• Oversee and support cash management with an average $175 million of cash movement per day
• Ensure working capital efficiencies and proper, efficient use of equity on a $16 billion balance sheet
• Forecasting interest for budget and periodic updates
• Full understanding of the U.S. Treasury P/L and the point of contact for variances between actual results and budget
• Oversee all commercial banking relationships and periodic RFP for bank related services
• Approve and supervise intercompany funding activities
• Responsible for change management execution associated with contract management systems
• Support business units on cost of funds, break funding, and contract negotiations
• Manage and maintain intercompany loan documentation

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bank experience strongly preferred
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, business administration, finance or quantitative discipline required
• Comfortable working with large data sets and cash flow modelling experience required
• Knowledge of balance sheet management, accounting principles, and financial risk metrics within a Treasury environment
• Knowledge of cash management operations and cashflow forecasting
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experienced people manager
• Strong management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams in a matrix organization

Extras

• Big 4 experience, MBA, CFA, CTP or CPA a plus
• Experience with change management execution associated with contract management systems preferred

Applicable Pay Range

$126,657.14 - $189,985.72

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
