We are looking for a Director, Workplace Services, who will foster our values-driven culture and support our high-performing, dedicated, and diverse teams to do their best work. You should have hands-on experience managing multiple offices across the globe, with a focus on all elements of the workplace environment (including workplace and property management, food services, office services, physical security, health and safety, space management, and project management). You will understand how creating collaborative work environments will help Branch succeed and energize/connect our employees.
- Own our evolving return to office strategy with a focus on collaboration first.
- Work closely with the executive team to understand the business needs and aligned employee footprint, office capacity and experience.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, internal and external, to develop and optimize workplaces across the global business to meet our operating plan in terms of space-capacity management and site services.
- Proactively manage all of our global office leases and evaluate options in a timely manner.
- Deliver an effective facilities management service.
- Ensure all Branch's employees are able to operate in safe working environments and that their welfare is considered at all levels.
- Provide tactical support and facilities management input to our business continuity plans and activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a culture of support; have countless opportunities to inspire moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day through managing our employee engagement experience to connect and celebrate our employees.
- Develop initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, and serve as a trusted partner to the business leaders ensuring that their strategic vision for a values-based culture is operationalized across our global employee base.
- Manage and develop the Operations team (office coordinators and employee engagement specialists).
- Manage budgets related to facilities and facility projects.
- 8+ years of related experience with increasing global responsibilities for fast growing tech companies.
- A customer focused mindset and are collaborative and easy to do business with.
- Experience managing workspace operations and a global real estate portfolio for a mid-size growth company.
- Solid understanding of safety best practices.
- Solid remote and hybrid workplace program experience.
- Strong project management skills. You are organized and comfortable prioritizing and handling multiple projects and processes at a time.
- Experience hiring, managing and engaging small high performing teams.
- Ability to influence at the executive level and work effectively across all functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to provide big picture insights from multiple sources of data.
- Experience with global expansion and lease negotiations, including proven experience in creating and managing an efficient real estate facility operation.
- Experience in managing global service providers and vendors.
- Ability and willingness to deal with ambiguity.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills including client relationship development and teamwork mindset.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, CA, is 177,300 - 226,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
