The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining the implementation of our technology risk framework that manages governance, risk and compliance objectives.This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that our technology-related risks are managed effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.This person is responsible for analyzing and managing risk management issues. Identifies, measures, and makes decisions on operational and enterprise risks. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.Responsibilities• Maintains input and data quality of risk management systems.• Recommends options to control and reduce risks.• Documents and communications risks.• Identifies key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments.• Develops systems and processes to monitor the validity of risk modeling outputs.• Assist and support in driving and maintaining the implementation and maintenance of framework that manages governance, risk and compliance objective• Manage risk management, compliance and security governance activities• Effectively partner and collaborate with other BT resources, as well as with leaders at all levels of the company• Translate compliance and technical requirements into relevant and understandable terms• Assist and support in driving and maintaining the implementation and maintenance of framework that manages governance, risk and compliance objectives• Manage risk management, compliance and security governance activities• Translate compliance and technical requirements into relevant and understandable termsMinimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here's what we need from you:• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk, or Audit• 2+ years of experience in Technology, Risk, or Audit• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Technology, Risk, or AuditPreferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we'd also look for:• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security technologies. Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make informed decisions based on data.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
