Job Description:

What You'll Do

Senior member of the IT service management team focused on key deliverables of the service. Provides technical direction to the team and works with other BT teams to integrate process procedures into their functions. Interacts with BT Directors and VPs. This role will drive a wide range of day-to-day activities, planning and projects or initiatives.  This will include creating documentation, organizing meetings and events, participating in strategic projects and coordination and alignment of key business goals . 


How You'll Do It

  • Responsible for using principles to understand customer situations and create solutions.
  • Reviews and approves change requests to ensure all necessary measures are being taken to
    minimize unplanned downtime. Approves or rejects change requests based on change audit
    requirements.
  • Responsible for the maintaining the quality of IT services.
  • Good communication Skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office 365


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Associates Computer Science
  • 2+ years IT Services or related.
  • In lieu of Education, 4+ years IT Services or related.

Bonus Points If You Have
 

  • Bachelors Computer Science
  • 4+ years IT Services or related.
  • ITIL

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $60,000.00 to $93,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
