Must conduct research on business data to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Should be knowledgeable on analytical tools to set up processes and systems that make working with data more efficient within the company.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.How You’ll Do ItResponsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources, and providing recommendations to management.Partners with the business to identify the appropriate data sources and analysis methodology to meet business needs.Coaches and guides team members in statistical concepts, principles, and tools.Leads the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards.Demonstrates technical knowledge of analytical tools.Qualifications You’ll NeedThe BasicsBachelors in Business Administration and Management, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.8+ years of experience in Data Analysis and relevant toolsets, or related.In Lieu of Education, 12+ years of relevant work experience.Physical and Cognitive RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
