Technical Services Specialist
Disguise is a leading company in visual experiences, looking for a Technical Services Specialist to drive successful broadcast and XR projects.
Skills
- Experience with broadcast technical systems
- Project management skills
- Technical troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and creative teams to understand and design client solutions
- Set up and optimize Disguise systems for customer projects
- Train customers on the installed system post-project
- Manage multiple client projects and ensure on-time delivery
- Participate in both domestic and international travel for client site visits
Education
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
