Technical Services Specialist

Disguise is a leading company in visual experiences, looking for a Technical Services Specialist to drive successful broadcast and XR projects.

Skills

  • Experience with broadcast technical systems
  • Project management skills
  • Technical troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to understand and design client solutions
  • Set up and optimize Disguise systems for customer projects
  • Train customers on the installed system post-project
  • Manage multiple client projects and ensure on-time delivery
  • Participate in both domestic and international travel for client site visits

Education

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
