Dispatcher-2nd Shift

AAA Southern Pennsylvania is currently seeking a Full Time Second Shift (3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.) Dispatcher to take care of our members during Emergency Road Service Calls!

Requirements:

• Great Customer Service Skills.
• An Innate Ability to Communicate & Empathize
• Possess Strong Computer and Telephone Skills.
• Be able to work every other weekend and some holidays.
• Adaptability in learning new and different applications.
• Be the calm in the storm when our members need us most.
• Self-motivated positive work ethic.
