Position Overview:
The position oversees five to six different restaurants and is directly responsible for overseeing an average Profit & Loss (P&L) of nine million dollars, and specifically reaching an EBITDA of approximately one million dollars. Responsible for all people related decisions including but not limited to hiring, counseling, performance management, development, promotions, and terminations. Accountable for the cash management for each restaurant, inventory regulation, labor scheduling, repairs and maintenance of restaurants, and cost analysis. Also responsible for the onboarding processes for new employees. Has management responsibilities for a team of professionals (includes people, budget and planning).
