We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online application process.

This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join EōS.

Please be prepared to dedicate 20-25 minutes, uninterrupted, to the Application process. We understand that you might be busy so if you do not have the time now, you may want to consider coming back to our Career page when you can dedicate the time.

Position Description

We're looking for a District Operations Manager! Our District Operations Manager will oversee employees who are the first person our customers encounter. As the Area Operations Manager, you must possess great management and leadership skills, great customer service, a high level of professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. We are looking for someone who is proficient at multitasking, managing multiple locations and works well in a high-stress atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in management or equivalent in the customer service industry.

Department Purpose: Ensure we consistently provide a high level of service and achieve our Core Purpose.

Essential Purpose: Support the overall success of the clubs in their designated Area to ensure that each club is aligned in how we host our members, guests, and staff.
