QA Lead

QA Lead Mount Laurel, NJ... Fulltime " 10 to 14 years of Software Testing experience " Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training) " Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects " Good experience of creating Test Strategy, Test plans and implementing in the projects " Good knowledge in Agile methodology " Hands on experience in Software Testing and developing automation scripts (TOSCA Preferred or any other automation tool) " Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool and dashboard creation " Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams " Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct and execute release tests " Experience of tracking risks & dependencies, performing impact analysis and mitigation planning " Experience working in an offshore/offsite model " Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution " Strong written and verbal communications skills " Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
