The Program Manager Position reports directly to the Director.
Responsible for developing, leading, and/or implementing enterprise-wide DEI programs that support the goals and strategies of Wellstar's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and location based Inclusion Councils. Provides overall support and resources to enable ERG and Inclusion council leadership to engage their group members and the broader organization effectively, efficiently, and impactfully.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Support strategy development to drive impact through ERGs and Inclusion Councils; networking; support and lead as necessary, planning and execution of programs that deliver on said strategy.
Serve as trusted advisor and liaison for ERGs and Inclusion Councils across the enterprise.
Act as the primary relationship manager between the Employee Resource Group and Inclusion Council leadership and their Executive Sponsors as well as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council
Manage internal and external stakeholder partnerships that advance talent, community, and health equity impact objectives for the ERGs and Inclusion councils.
Support the development and delivery of key programming and other cultural competence, health equity, and team member engagement programs to drive learning, dialogue, and action among all team members.
Develop and maintain appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies, practices, calendar, and communication channels that support efficient and effective DEI operations
Manage Employee Resource Group and Inclusion council budget allocations, approvals, and process vendor payments.
Keep current on employee network and inclusion council best practices, updates and trends and applies effective benchmarks to measure the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs and initiatives.

Required Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Organization Development, Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field Required
