The Web Analytics & SEO Manager leads web analytics strategy and implementation across enterprise web properties. Responsible for implementation, reporting capabilities, administration, education and dashboard creation. Promotes data driven decision making and enables self-service of tracking performance of digital experiences. Responsible for analyzing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) across enterprise web properties, consulting and providing recommendations for performance improvements both in terms of content and keyword analysis and technical implementation. Responsible for owning, evangelizing and prioritizing the SEO backlog and working with designers and developers to implement recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Works with marketing leadership to develop, expand and adjust web analytics strategy.
  • Implements and administers web analytics platforms and tools. Performs testing and troubleshooting to ensure web traffic is tracked accurately.
  • Collaborates with marketers, analysts and leaders throughout the enterprise to understand web properties and performance indicators. Develops requirements and configures self-service reporting and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • With desired search audience in mind, analyze new and existing web pages for SEO and provide recommendations on improving content, markup and technical implementation, as well as architectural considerations.
  • Write stories with detailed requirements for SEO enhancements, manage prioritization of SEO backlog and track implementation and resultant performance.
  • Keep pace with SEO and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Work with web developers and marketers to maintain marketing tag management platform. Implement new tags, retire unused tags and search for opportunities to decrease performance overhead.
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics and SEO tool set against the state of the art to improve reporting, improve efficiency and efficacy of strategy, and take advantage of emerging analytics opportunities.
  • May manage a team of individual contributors or outside digital agencies/consultants.


ABOUT YOU:

  • You are able to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet.
  • Must be located in United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics required.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager required.
  • Proficient with SEO tools, including Google Search Console required.
  • Bachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience managing web analytics platforms and reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing search engine optimization.


VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Web design and development experience
  • Proven experience with full Google Analytics Suite (Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, BigQuery, etc).
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
  • Experience with tools including Semrush, Tealium and/or Content Square helpful.
  • Experience with A/B testing helpful.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year
  • Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on start date.
  • Salary Range: $82,500 - $114,170
  • Pay commensurate with experience.
