About the role: You will be responsible for collaborating with leaders across the organization from ideation to execution of initiatives that will support our long-term success and growth. You will focus on using analytics and business insights to identify high-impact opportunities and determine the optimal approach to implement them. The opportunity for impact spreads across our sales operations, marketing operations, product strategy, growth marketing, customer operations, talent acquisition and technical strategy teams. The position requires superb change management skills and a strategic mindset, but also the comfortability to react quickly and adjust to new strategies in real time. We are looking for a team player who is driven and has a history of implementation success. This role will report to our Director of Strategy and Operations.

About the team: The Sales Operations team creates an environment where we set goals to grow professionally, personally, and in ways that impacts the company's strategic performance. We embrace wearing different hats and proactively seek to support our colleagues as work increases and decreases across teams. We own end-to-end work streams, from assessment through proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, and execution.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional leadership to design and drive strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Use analytics and modeling to drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize financial and operational performance.
  • Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses.
  • Gather data, create, and test hypotheses, summarize findings, and develop forward-thinking plans.
  • Create presentations and reports that demonstrate progress across initiatives by established deadlines and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Clearly communicate business objectives and financial impact of projects to audiences across our organization.
  • Collaborate on new processes that support the business by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, and driving process improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or similar role at a high-growth company.
  • Experience with business strategy, project management, and financial analysis, preferably for top-tier services/investment firms, or growth companies.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with enthusiasm for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects; strong communication skills and experience with working cross-functionally across various teams.
  • A creative approach to problem solving; comfortable thinking in an out-of-the-box way to deliver short term wins and insights, while working towards a broader goal.
