Position Summary

As the Divisional Education & Training Manager you will execute the strategy for technical competency development, leadership development, and people engagement. You will implement world class learning systems and best practices at Nestlé Purina. You will act as a change agent, supporting the development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, strategy, competencies, and routines across all manufacturing locations and operations.

Must be willing to travel up to 60%.
  • Oversee the learning materials development process by managing instructional design and recommending learning methods based on industry standards
  • Lead learning material development projects including onboarding competence management and development of key competencies using adult learning concepts
  • Vet, recommend, and manage internal and external developers and resources
  • Define and communicate Education and Training strategies aligned with market, region, and business needs
  • Lead, train, and coach Factory Managers, Human Resources, and Training Managers in ownership of Education and Training and Leadership Development
  • Ensure alignment of Education and Training factory implementation plans with factory KPIs, company strategy, and technical capabilities
  • Coordinate efforts, monitor, and recommend improvements of World Class Technical Training Centers at factory and corporate locations
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ leadership experience developing and implementing training and learning strategies in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
