Skills

Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Greenhouse system administration and reporting activities
Invite and manage candidate interviews and follow-up communications
Populate offer letters and trigger new hire onboarding notices
Attend job/career fairs to generate qualified applicants
Organize recruitment events and assist in special projects

Education

High School Diploma with 11 years experience or BS with 5 years experience
