Sr Desktop Support Engineer

DLH is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical solutions and support within a diverse computing environment. This role involves managing desktop infrastructure and providing excellent customer support.

Skills

Desktop hardware troubleshooting
Scripting experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Networking and connectivity troubleshooting
Cloud services understanding

Responsibilities

Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Infrastructure
Participate in system design and installation
Provide customer support for systems administration
Monitor local system operations and troubleshoot issues
Manage desktop images for hot fixes and security patches
Support CM processes and procedures
Automate Desktop solutions using VBS and PowerShell

Education

High School diploma minimum
Relevant technical certifications preferred
