DLH delivers healthcare and national security solutions through R&D, systems engineering, and digital transformation. They seek a System Operations Support Analyst to enhance production operations for federal programs.

Skills

Familiarity with DoD SDLC methodology
Experience in Systems Operations/Engineering
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate with DISA and SDD application teams for efficient production operations.
Document and present Standard Operating Procedures.
Process Task Order Workflows submitted by SDD applications.
Provide assistance on maintenance activities and software licensing.
Manage the software licensing process and communicate with vendors.

Education

Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
