We are looking to add a tech-savvy HR enthusiast with a knack for systems and data to join our Human Resources team as our first-ever HRIS Analyst in our Minneapolis office. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.Position Summary:As the first HRIS Analyst, you'll help shape and define this new role within the team to set us up for future success. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our firm’s human resource functions. In this position you will collaborate with various teams, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and implement technical solutions that support our strategic goals.Initial primary focus to support the day-to-day implementation of ADP Next Gen.Our Human Resources team has been a rapidly growing discipline at DLR Group over the last few years and in this new role you’ll pave the way in continuing to mature our HR function. If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in and enjoy, we can’t wait to hear from you and look forward to talking soon!The successful candidate will:• Perform as a key supporter in the implementation of a new HCM solution by utilizing your expertise in information gathering, system configuration, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders.• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any system issues.• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of highly sensitive employee data through ongoing reconciliation and auditing.• Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights to HR leadership along with other strategic partners.• Leverage technology to enhance overall employee experiences and streamline leadership workflows and efficiency.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.• Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in related field• 5+ years of relevant professional experience• Understanding of HR fundamentals, employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) and change management.• Experience with ADP preferred, along with experience with HCM and ATS implementations.• Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues independently, ability to take initiative on strategic issues.• Understands downstream impact of decisions and changes.• Ability to handle sensitive, complex and confidential information in a professional manner.• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with leaders and peers.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to advise, influence and build credibility at all levels.• Advanced Microsoft Office skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in professional services environment.• Experience supporting a national, multi-location firm.DLR Group is an integrated design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new builds, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects.We are 100% employee-owned: every employee is literally invested in our clients’ success.
