Healthcare Assistant
Doccla is a health tech startup focused on providing remote patient monitoring solutions. We are looking for a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support our virtual ward in monitoring and caring for patients.
Skills
- Compassionate patient care
- Proactive communication
- Technical proficiency in remote monitoring systems
Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring of vital signs and collection of patient data through remote technology.
- Provide support to patients in their home environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, offering reassurance and advice.
- Support the clinical team in managing patient care pathways.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Escalate patient concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical team.
Education
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Current Care Certificate
