We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. <3
We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 12 Revenue Operations professionals.Establish a best practice framework adapting to the different current needs, to future growth, encouraging best practice and collaborative working collaboration, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, reporting directly to the CEO, and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.
How will you impact our mission:
Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team - drive strategic decision-making and act as their main point of contact for business needs, insights and guidance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer facing units.
Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.
Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including salesforce/hubspot.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Tool Ownership: Ownership of implementation, ensuring its adherence and success in driving business outcomes, taking global guidelines and adapting to country's nuances, enablement and first-line support.
What will help you thrive?
5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges by making data-driven decisions
Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent level of Spanish and English to be able to communicate fluently with the team and in collaboration with global teams.
