Collection & Admin Support Consultant (x/f/m)

Doctolib is seeking a Collection & Admin Support Consultant to support client accounting inquiries and assist in various customer support tasks. Ideal candidates have experience in accounting, especially in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting inquiries from customers
Support manager with collection cases
Ensure enforcement of credit policy
Optimize processes in Customer Success and Administration
Collaborate closely with Farming and Sales teams

Education

Degree or training in Commerce, Accounting, or a similar field
