Aaron.ai, part of Doctolib, is a leader in AI-powered patient-practice communication in Germany. We are looking for a Technical Onboarding Partner to ensure our customers have a successful onboarding experience.

Skills

2+ years in customer support
Ability to communicate technical details in simple language
Fluency in German and good English skills

Responsibilities

Assist customers with successful and seamless onboarding of Aaron.ai software
Be involved in the entire customer journey and help in product introduction
Serve as a long-term contact for customers, providing solutions to technical questions or issues

Education

Education in telecommunications, network technology, computer science, or similar field preferred
