Document Coordinator

Location: Kingstree, SC


What You’ll Do:


This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the controlled documents system including the document retention program.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain all intermediate and finished product batch record files.
  • This includes but is not limited to the following: purge files of released lots at maximum records retention period, shift files to maximize file space, assist employees with finding needed information in the batch files.
  • Assist plant personnel with document creation and revision requests through the electronic database Documentum.
  • Provide administrative support for the Quality department as needed.
  • Assist in all customers or third-party audit preparations.
  • Provide assistance to the QC Lab.
  • Key management control for the Quality Department
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


You bring:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of plant personnel on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in work processing, spread sheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Requires a basic knowledge of Quality activities.
  • Ability to operate computers.
  • Excellent written communications skills.
  • Minimum 2 years office experience.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
