Document Management Specialist

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical documents, procedures, specifications, data sheets and other project-required documents.
• Updates and maintains project document control records as required.
• Prepares transmittal's and distributes data as directed.
• Interfaces with quality department for required copy and distribution requirements per project procedures.
• Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments.
• Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Requires a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience working in Microsoft word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Computer formats (PDF, TIF, JPG).
• U.S. Citizenship Status required due to client requirement.
