About the Role:
EGT, EGlobalTech, one of DC's fastest growing consulting firm, is looking for a Junior Analyst to support a variety of activities surrounding the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), including FOIA case workflow support, appeals support, information research, project support, and FOIA process optimization. Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming mail and other communications and distribute accordingly.

Scan incoming mail requests.

Answer incoming phone calls and communicate FOIA status.

Maintain accurate case files and status in customer provided software.

Arrange meeting logistics

Ensure accurate record keeping
-
Conduct relevant research and analysis

Provide general support as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of relevant work experience

Ability to do repetitive tasks while remaining prepared to take on auxiliary duties on short notice

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to work independently under general guidance

Basic understanding of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

Willingness to learn and invest in self-development
