This role also involves working cross-functionally to explore and implement recommendations for new business pursuits, focusing on innovative product, commercial, brand, and marketing initiatives to drive significant brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial growth.Impact:• Expanded and Strengthened Partner Networks• Enhanced Market Positioning• Raised Brand Visibility• New Business GrowthResponsibilities:Global Partner Marketing Strategy & Deployment• Develop a comprehensive global marketing partnership strategy that aligns with Dolby’s overarching marketing and business goals.• Build a forward-looking global partnership roadmap to execute by category and by market.• Collaborate with regional teams to codify annual global partnership goals, investment priorities, and metrics.• Create an approach and structure to unify regionally developed partner plans into global account plans. Integrate marketing, commercial, and product goals into a cohesive perspective.• Develop playbooks and best practices to support regional teams in enhancing and expanding current partner marketing relationships, delivering more value to partners and Dolby.• Collaborate with regional teams to capture impact and assess opportunities to optimize the approach and partner engagements.Strategic Leadership for New Partnership Opportunities• Identify and activate new non-traditional marketing partnership opportunities that enhance the existing entertainment ecosystem. Inspire and consult with regional teams on these partnerships.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business pursuits for Dolby, exploring opportunities with different product, commercial, brand, and marketing approaches.• Leverage market and trend research, as well as feedback from consumers, creators, and partners, to evaluate growth areas and build a case for investment. You excel in communication, collaboration, and developing meaningful and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Background:• Experience in a leadership role for strategic partnerships.• Proven track record of developing and executing unique and impactful global partnerships that deliver measurable business and brand impact.• Experience across marketing, commercial, and product roles in the technology and entertainment industries.• Proficient in evaluating new opportunities, including substantial data and market analysis, financial and operational modeling, and leading ideation initiatives from vision to action plans.• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across various stakeholders to achieve common goals.The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $225,000 - 275,000, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
