Responsibilities

Review signed closing packages for accuracy and completeness
Scan packages and label documents correctly in files
Ensure lender documents are returned in required timeframe
Prepare county-specific intake forms for recording
Assist in the recording team ensuring documents are complete and accurate
Provide status updates on transactions to internal and external parties
