Review the position below and apply today.We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position.Job SummaryProvide support to select groups within the CFO organization including Treasury, Financial Planning, Strategy, Investor Relations, Energy Market Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Contracted Energy Finance. Potential assignments within the CFO rotational internship include:• Assist in the development of financial models that forecast and evaluate financial performance of prospective organic investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate financings, tax considerations, and long-range corporate budgets• Assist in the planning and execution of capital markets and financing transactions (debt, equity, equity-linked securities, and interest rate derivatives) including due diligence and pro forma financial analysis• Assist in the execution of merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions (corporate and asset) including due diligence and pro forma financial analysis• Assist in the development of presentations for internal (senior management, risk and other internal committees) and external use (investors, rating agencies, strategic partners)• Participate in meetings with internal and external partners• Perform market, industry, and company specific research• Perform additional duties as requested or assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience• Candidates must have an anticipated graduation date of 2026 or 2027.• Minimum GPA of 3.3 either overall or within major• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree from a 4 year institution, preferences held to disciplines in Finance, Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics• Demonstrable interest in finance and a desire to gain practical finance experience• No experience in energy or related industries is required• Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to interpret financial data• Excellent quantitative skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Solid working knowledge of and experience with MS Office applications especially ExcelEducation Requirements• Must be a student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree from a 4 year institution, preferences held to disciplines in Finance, Accounting, Business, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics• Candidates must have an anticipated graduation date of 2026 or 2027• Must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher, either overall or within majorLicenses, Certifications, or Quals DescriptionWorking ConditionsOther Working ConditionsTest DescriptionNo Testing RequiredExport ControlCertain positions at Dominion Energy may involve access to information and technology subject to export controls under U.S. law.
