The Mobilization Team is looking for a Donor Cultivation Coordinator who will help a team of professionals who are committed to supporting our grassroots donors. They will work with the direct mail, telemarketing, email + SMS, and digital ads teams to meet donors where they are, and offer them opportunities to further their connections with the party. They will work closely with the Donor Cultivation Director to manage the monthly donor program, support grassroots donor call time, and support grassroots donors on a 1:1 basis.
Salary: The starting salary for the Donor Cultivation Coordinator position is $55,000. on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for overtime wages and is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU local-500. This is an HQ based position.
