Provide guidance to people managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
Review employee concerns and identify policy violations.
Manage assigned ER casework from start to finish.
Maintain accurate accounts of ER cases.
Collaborate with other business partners on case matters.
Education
BS/BA degree preferred or relevant experience
At least 3 years of employee relations experience
