Identify and implement process improvements for IT asset management
Lead IT asset related projects
Write and document user stories using JIRA
Develop and maintain standardized procedures for IT asset tracking
Provide key metrics and reports to stakeholders
Assist with customer tickets and ITAM projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
