With over 200 accounts under your wing, your role will be pivotal in enhancing their experience through proactive engagement, strategic guidance, and performance monitoring. Your responsibilities will include conducting business check-ins, providing marketing insights, conducting quarterly business reviews, and advising on operational improvements. Plus, you’ll work closely with internal teams to recommend products that truly fit the needs of your merchants. What’s more, you’ll have the ability to travel for valuable in-person interactions, whether for training or team-building sessions.
