This means we’re designing scalable systems that monitor hundreds of millions of domains, social media accounts, apps, dark web forums, etc. — and leverage the latest advances in few-shot learning AI models to identify digital threats. On the frontend, we’re developing high-throughput review tooling that enables our analysts to quickly takedown phishing and other digital threats.

What we're looking for

Our business is growing fast, so we’re making an even bigger investment in growing our Engineering team and are seeking a Technical Sourcer to help drive this growth. The ideal candidate has an exceptional work ethic, embraces working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, and is looking for an opportunity to deliver impact. We’re remote-first, hiring all across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates.

• Create and manage a talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.

• Continually refine and improve interview processes.

• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial interview stages.

• Foster relationships with diverse technical talent communities.
