Responsibilities

Responsible for Service Order execution process from creation to obtaining signatures
Salesforce administration and documentation management
Perform regular data quality Q/A and clean-up
Maintain records and files
Manage approvals related to CPQ
Collaborate with internal departments on strategic initiatives
Create training materials and documentation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
