What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Expertise: Take ownership of the admissions process from start to finish, providing clear direction, proven strategies, and support to maximize conversion and enrollment outcomes.
  • Enhance Established Processes: Evaluate the current admissions pipeline, preserving what works while introducing fresh, innovative approaches. Use your expertise to recommend and implement strategies that drive exceptional results.
  • Develop Data-Driven Strategies: Design and execute initiatives grounded in analytics to improve lead conversion, refine processes, and exceed enrollment goals.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze team performance and admissions data to identify strengths, troubleshoot challenges, and implement targeted improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Empower and Inspire Teams: Motivate and coach your team to achieve their best, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and achievement. Oversee the Admissions Call Center, Outreach Coordinators, and Admissions Coordinators, ensuring alignment and peak performance.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with Marketing, Financial Aid, and Institute Directors to align strategies and develop tailored plans for each campus, ensuring cohesive and effective execution.
  • Elevate the Student Experience: Maintain Douglas J’s standards by ensuring the admissions pipeline offers a seamless and inspiring journey that highlights what sets us apart from competitors.
