The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for our customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, inter-company, and other sources The Supply Chain Analyst provides the raw data analysis for the Sales Team and the Demand Planner to review Job Description The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy and integrity while playing a key role in standardizing & sustaining processes for long-term success. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: • Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a Supply Chain Analyst function. • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions. • Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers. • Update and enter Sales and Marketing and Financial data to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts. • Use and maintain the forecasting software as the primary forecasting system tool. • Supports the Supply Chain team in creating Daily KPI's • Supports the Supply Chain Team with updating and distributing Weekly and Monthly KPI including Supplier OTD, Past-Due Tracking, Inventory Tracking • Supports SC team with Supplier onboarding to the Rego Supplier portal • Supports Purchasing in management and system integrity Key Results: • A customer demand forecast which incorporates current and accurate market information that allows the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide its supply chain with the appropriate information to plan how to meet that customer demand. • Improved Supply Chain metrics Qualifications Qualifications: • Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions • Detail-oriented, experience to communicate complex problems and solutions, proven drive to collaborate, bias for action to close out problems • Advance excel a necessity Work Arrangement : Onsite Salary Range : - We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position's responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, a candidate's education/training, the position's location, and the key skills needed for the position.
