Who you are

We’re seeking an FP&A Lead to level up operational finance activities within doxy.me; this role requires strong collaboration skills to pair with departments across the business and a strong technical skillset to build and evolve our core financial models.

What you’ll do

• Manage FP&A processes, such as annual financial planning, quarterly planning, and long-term strategic forecasting

• Manage the company’s financial model and support executive decision-making through scenario analysis

• Liaison with accounting during month, quarter and year-end to validate entries on financial
  statements

• Manage month-end close packages for executive leadership and cross-functional teams

• Lead department financial reviews with various stakeholders across the business

• Prepare ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional teams to assist in decision-making

• Assist in the transition of accounting software and ERP system

• Assist as needed in the annual audit process

Your skills and qualifications

• Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP

• Experience in technology or SaaS industries, specifically leading FP&A teams

• Experience leading forecasting processes for a company or large department

• Experience preparing month-end financial reporting packages

• A fresh, fun, collaborative personality to contribute to our culture!

• Experience modelling and reporting common SaaS metrics
