Job DescriptionOES Equipment, a part of the DPR family of Companies, is seeking a self-motivated, organized, and personable Onboarding Coordinator who can serve as a conductor to the full onboarding experience for new hires. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for acting as the "face" of OES: making it your personal mission to ensure a best-in-class employee experience by taking care of our people and helping them get acclimated into the organization. This position will work with all new members of OES nationally, collaborating across branches/departments, and will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities• Create a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring experience for new hires to quickly get acclimated to OES.• Communicate with Recruiting, IT, Mobility, HRP, Operations, BM etc. to make sure local team is ready for new hire.• Coordinate with other workgroups/ departments in OES to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience.• Support new hires and their teams through extended onboarding, following up with new hires, & managers to implement onboarding best practices.• Share/Help prep for 30-60-90 day plans when appropriate.• Assist new hire on our LMS platform.• Confirm new hire completes all training requirements.• Check-in with local Talent Partner to review survey results to identify areas of improvement.• Act as the main point of contact for questions from new hires in the first 90 days.• Have a general understanding of what benefits are offered to point employees to the right resources for help.• Potential for Facilitation/ Support of various training programs.• Reporting of attendance roster, manage required training & communicating reminders (both for initial and ongoing training for employees).Requirements• Genuine alignment with DPR's core values (Integrity, Enjoyment, Uniqueness and Ever Forward).• High attention to detail with proven organizational skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office (OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).• Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service .• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of role and responsibilities.• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication .• Exceptional time management.LI-ET1DPR has been nationally recognized for its strong company culture, based on a well-defined purpose “We Exist to Build Great Things,” and four core values: integrity, enjoyment, uniqueness and ever forward.
