How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

SUMMARY

The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services (DPS), A wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.This role works on an as needed basis supporting administrative areas including employee engagement, communications, graphics, and social media needs of DPS. This position will report to the VP of Business Administration.



What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
  • Assist in the creation of graphic files and design needs
  • Edit and proofread internal & external communications
  • Aid in the creation of content and the coordination social media posts
  • Gather and report metrics and ROI of efforts
  • Monitor, respond and measure company digital outlets
  • Support in external vendor management
  • Assist in the execution of direct mail campaigns
  • Partner with DPS teams to complete project tasks as assigned
  • Research opportunities to enhance enterprise
  • Support process development and execution
  • Specific duties as assigned by DPS management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Solid creative and digital content creation skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media outlets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and graphics software.
  • Work in a fast-paced, newly established environment while maintaining an attention to detail
  • Creative and flexible mindset
