About the Role:

This role will report to the Director of Procurement and be responsible for executing purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods with suppliers, maintaining up to date information for orders in NetSuite, and working with suppliers to ensure orders are completed on time and in full.
This role will report to the Director of Procurement. This is a full-time (hybrid) role with company benefits based out of Marina Del Rey, CA.
The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $67,000 to $80,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

Create purchase orders for in NetSuite based on requirements determined by Stakeholders
Send purchase orders to suppliers and confirm receipt and acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Manage and maintain open purchase orders in NetSuite with the latest quantity and due date information
Work directly with suppliers to ensure all open orders are completed on time and provide updates to supply planning
Execute requested PO changes determined by stakeholders with suppliers
Work with the sourcing team to ensure up to date pricing is used for new purchase orders
Develop relationships with suppliers and set cadence for providing updates for all open purchase orders
Analyze data from google sheets and ERP reports that will improve procurement operations.

About You:

3+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain
Experience in ERP or NetSuite specifically preferred
Experience working directly with suppliers and executing purchase orders is required
Excellent communication skills
Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
