About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is known for many things: incredible scents, humorous marketing, and great products, to name a few! To be part of the team that delivers our humorous marketing, apply today to join us as the Lifecycle Marketing Manager! In the role, you'll have the opportunity to put content directly in front of our customers, curating a marketing experience that delivers on quality.
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based out of Dr. Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated hybrid schedule for the role is three days per week at Dr. Squatch HQ, but you'll want to be there more frequently with the healthy (and tasty!) snacks and variety of coffee options.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $90,000 to $120,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute lifecycle communications marketing calendar.
Manage lifecycle workflow - deadlines, series outlines, QA, and targeting setup.
Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives across various platforms to drive growth, engagement, and reactivation - email, SMS, referrals, and loyalty.
Build automation and triggered workflows that will help with engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Ensure timely communication with key stakeholders on email and SMS program execution timelines and expectations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Analyze campaign results and share monthly performance reports, understanding approaches that worked well and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with other teams to complete ad hoc requests - consumer insights, retail, wholesale, and Amazon.
Guide day-to-day operations for the Lifecycle Marketing team.
About You:
3-5 years email/SMS marketing experience, including campaign and automation management
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
Must be highly detail-oriented and possess the ability to execute with minimal direction
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Very strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills
Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency
Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
